Overview:
The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality, visually compelling content that aligns with each brand’s identity and strategic direction. This role demands a designer who understands branding, aesthetics, and storytelling with the ability to produce consistent, on-brand creative output under structured timelines.
The position requires discipline, creativity, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Production: Create and deliver original, high-quality designs for advertising, social media campaigns, and promotional materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensure every creative asset aligns with the respective brand’s color palette, tone, font system, and visual language.
Service-Based Design: Select any service from a client’s website and create a design concept that reflects the brand’s essence and communicates that service effectively.
Multi-Platform Adaptation: Optimize visuals for social, web, and print use.
Creative Collaboration: Work with the Operations Manager and other team members to align creative output with project objectives and campaign goals.
Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate feedback promptly while maintaining creative quality.
File Organization: Maintain proper file naming conventions and organized archives for all deliverables.
Trend Awareness: Keep up to date with design trends, digital formats, and creative best practices relevant to each brand’s industry.
Requirements:
To maintain expected performance and workflow efficiency:
You must deliver a minimum of Four (4 ) finalized designs per working day.
Over the course of a full month, you must produce at least 66 completed designs in total.
Meeting or exceeding this monthly target is a key indicator of consistency, creativity, and capability within your role.
