Creative Manager

Company: Enter Productions (Media Production, Advertising Company & Digital Marketing Agency)

Overview:

Enter Productions is looking for a Creative Manager who can lead ideas from concept to execution. This role is all about direction, consistency, and making sure every piece of content reflects the brand the right way. You’ll manage a creative team, shape campaigns,
and ensure everything we put out is sharp, relevant, and aligned with our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of designers and video editors

Develop and oversee creative concepts for social media, campaigns and brand communication

Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and overall strategy

Review and approve designs, copies and final deliverables to maintain quality

Manage content calendars, workflows and project timelines

Provide clear direction, feedback and mentorship to the creative team

Stay updated on industry trends and bring in fresh, relevant ideas

Handle multiple projects while maintaining consistency and attention to detail

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in a creative role with leadership responsibilities

Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and execution

Excellent understanding of branding, content strategy, and digital platforms

Strong communication and team management skills

Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple projects

Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience working in agencies or fast-paced creative teams
