Overview:
We are looking for a Professional Colourist with 5+ years of experience to handle color correction and grading for commercials, branded content, and corporate videos. The ideal candidate has a strong cinematic eye, solid technical skills, and the ability to deliver consistent, polished visuals aligned with brand identity and storytelling goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Color Correction & Grading: Perform high-quality color correction and creative grading for commercials, branded content, corporate videos, and digital media.
Visual Consistency: Ensure color continuity across scenes, shots, and entire projects.
Brand Alignment: Apply grading styles that match brand tone, mood, and campaign objectives.
Technical Excellence: Manage exposure, contrast, skin tones, white balance, and color accuracy across multiple formats.
Workflow Integration: Collaborate with editors and production teams to ensure smooth post-production workflows.
Multi-Platform Output: Prepare final color grades optimized for web, social media, and broadcast platforms.
Revisions & Feedback: Apply client and internal feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity.
File Management: Maintain organized project files, LUTs, and version control.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with industry standards, cinematic styles, and color grading techniques.
Experience & Skill Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Colorist in video production
Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (mandatory)
Solid understanding of scopes, color science, and color management workflows
Experience working with LOG, RAW, and various camera profiles
Strong sense of storytelling, mood, and visual aesthetics
Ability to work independently and meet structured deadlines
Performance Expectations:
To maintain consistency and workflow efficiency:
Deliver color grading for assigned projects within agreed timelines
Maintain high visual standards across all outputs
Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are key performance indicators
